Update policy
Every entry must say what changed, why it affects the July 2026 picture, and whether the evidence is primary, independently measured, vendor-reported, or our own experience. Material changes graduate into the dated snapshot only when that page is deliberately re-baselined.

Our experience
The tutorial established its baseline: light factories dominate production, verification is the binding constraint, and dark operation is justified only in narrow domains with independent, high-frequency oracles.
